  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. 

  • Are pets allowed?

    Not all of our homes are pet-friendly. Please check each listing to confirm whether pets are allowed. A surcharge may apply depending on the property. If bringing pets, it is the owner’s responsibility to provide their own pet bowls and bedding and to clean up after their pets. For more information, please contact our team.

  • Is there a minimum night stay?

    Yes, most properties have a 2-night minimum stay, which may increase during peak seasons.

  • Is linen provided?

    Yes, all beds are made prior to your arrival, and one bath towel is provided per guest the home accommodates. If you require extra bedding, towels, or beach towels, please bring these with you for your stay.


  • What do I need to bring with me?

    Just bring your luggage and any specific personal items you may need.  The listing will indicate if you need to bring your own beach towels. The properties are stocked with starter essentials which are not topped up, so if you’re staying for a longer period, we recommend bringing any additional necessities or amenities you may require.

  • Do your homes have cots and high chairs?

    Some properties offer cots and high chairs. Please refer to individual listings for availability.

  • What happens if I cancel my booking?

    Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non refundable.


    For bookings of more than 28 nights, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund.

  • What is the bond?

    A $500 security deposit is held and will be released 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues are reported such as noise complaints,  damage, or other disturbances.

  • Can I host a party at the property?

    No, we have a strict no party policy. This includes but not limited to birthday parties, weddings, schoolies bookings, hens/bucks parties etc.


  • Is there a maximum number of people who can stay at the properties?

    Yes, each property has a maximum occupancy limit. This information is clearly stated in the property's details.
